A one-week trial of scheduled improvements

Original record, preserved as written. Read the daily entry

Why run a trial

  • One scheduled activation completed a production release through GitHub and Cloudflare.
  • The owner enabled a week-long trial to assess useful changes, reliability and maintenance effort.
  • Reader benefit remains unmeasured. Saved project records inform decisions; the AI model is not training itself.

When it runs

  • 5 am, 11 am, 5 pm and 11 pm, fixed GMT+10. Sydney is one hour ahead during this trial.
  • First recurring run: 18 October 2026, 5 pm. Last: 25 October, 11 am.
  • Hard stop: 25 October, 1:45 pm GMT+10. Review before extending.
  • The separate production rehearsal was brought forward at the owner’s request on 18 October. Its release receipt records the actual result.

How it works

  • Windows must be awake with the app running. Linux stays retired.
  • Owner ideas and research share one ranked roadmap. Assess up to 20 ideas; implement the recommended eligible batch without a fixed item limit. No-change is valid.
  • Use a GitHub PR, basic checks, an exact passing-head merge, one explicit Cloudflare Git build and live verification.
  • Keep Cloudflare automatic deployment triggers disabled.
  • Update Solution Design and preserve a dated journal SVG when tools, services or data flows change.

What to review

  • Useful releases, no-change decisions, failures and owner effort.
  • Costs where records exist; do not invent savings.
  • Reader-task feedback, rather than change counts or visual preference alone.
  • Whether to continue, slow down or stop. This trial does not authorise an extension.
